On January 18, 2024, CJBI is proud to have hosted JICA Seminar on "Human Resource Management Strategy under a Quickly Growing Economy and Markets" with an aim to equip participants with practical skills in HR management. 

With over 40 years of professional experience in business planning, strategy, operations, finance, and corporate management, Mr. Yasuo Izumi, lecturer of this seminar, introduced effective and efficient HR management strategies, to strengthen a one-team spirit, and achieve higher productivity. 

Our participants were impressed and found this seminar to be informative and effective as a business owner.
